We are making it easier to manage your account! We have a new mobile APP and a new, more powerful Secure Alerts system.
On January 14, 2019, current users of the TouchBanking Mobile App will be prompted to download and install our new customized First Federal Mobile App. It has all the benefits of the current App plus MORE!
Our new First Federal mobile banking App gives you access to your account from anywhere you are with your mobile device. It has all the same features you love now, check account balances, transfer funds, deposit paper checks, PLUS you will now be able to Sign up for mobile banking and reset your password from the new App!
Look for our new First Federal Bank NC Mobile Banking App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can also setup the new Secure Alerts within the mobile app to receive push notifications to your device. For more information on how to setup Secure Alerts in the new app Watch This Video!
Our new Secure Alerts, available in Online Banking or with our mobile banking app, can let you know the moment something important happens in your account. Messages you choose to receive are sent instantly via email, text*, or by push notifications on your smartphone with our mobile banking app.
Setting them up just takes moments and it’s free:
Log on to Online Banking. Select Alerts.
Click each Category in Alert Options to view the list of available alerts.
Select the Alerts to receive and how to receive them. Then Save!

NOTE: If you currently have Alerts set up, beginning Monday, January 14, 2019, any account alerts you have in Online Banking will not transfer to our new system and will not be sent. It’s important to log on to Online Banking and setup your new Secure Alerts on or after January 14, 2019 for any new alerts you wish to receive.
