We are making some enhancements to Personal Online banking & Mobile banking!

First Federal continually strives to ensure the security of your account. To that end we are implementing some new features to enhance online banking security and mobile deposits. These features will assist in identity theft and fraud prevention.check image endorsed with signature mobile deposit only

 

 

Due to Federal Regulations, beginning September 12, 2019, all mobile deposits will now be required to have the endorsement of “MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY” to assist with check fraud prevention. Any deposit made through mobile deposit without this endorsement may be rejected and an email notification will be sent to you to let you know the deposit has not been accepted.

Changes to the Password Reset Process

To enhance identity verification during the password reset process you will now be prompted to answer some additional questions. When you click “Forgot Password” you will enter your username, last 4 digits of SSN, and email address as before, then you will be prompted to answer questions to verify your identity. These questions are related to your private data which is not easily accessible to criminals who may be attempting identity theft, below are a couple of questions as an example.
