- Qualifications
To qualify for the Reward rate and Nationwide ATM service charge refunds, simply do the following everyday activities each statement cycle:
- Make 10 debit card purchases
- Make one direct deposit or ACH auto debit
- Access Online Banking once
Foreign ATM service charges will not be refunded if the qualifications are not met
If you don't qualify for the rewards in a given cycle, you still earn our base rate of 0.10% APY* and get unlimited free checking. Plus, you can get the rewards back the very next month.

Annual Percentage Yield (APY) accurate as of 10/05/2009. Minimum to open account is $50. Rate tiers are as follows: 4.50% APY applies to balances of $.01 - $25,000 and 1.01% APY applies to balances over $25,000 as long as qualifications are met each statement cycle. 0.10% APY applies to all balances if qualifications are not met. All balances will earn 4.50% APY to 1.01% APY as long as qualifications are met. Rates may change after the account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings. ATM nationwide refunds are automatically issued for amounts up to $4.99; amounts greater than $4.99 will be refunded upon presentment of receipt.
