First Federal Bank E - Sign Disclosure

This disclosure documents your consent to electronically receive select disclosures, notices, and advisories relative to certain accounts you maintain or desire to maintain with First Federal Bank ("Bank"). This disclosure also describes your rights relative to receiving disclosures, notices, and advisories electronically, as well as the consequences of withdrawing your consent. We recommend you print and retain a copy of this disclosure and all of the disclosures and agreements related to this transaction.

You consent to receive one or more of the following documents electronically:

  • Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) disclosures
  • Regulation Z (Truth in Lending) disclosures
  • Advices of account advisories for the REWARDS checking account
  • Other required documents as deemed necessary

You have the right to have these document(s) provided on paper. If at a later time you want the Bank to provide you a paper copy of an electronic document, you must submit a written request to esign@firstfederalbanknc.com or to PO Box 1049, Dunn, NC 28335. The Bank will not charge a fee for paper copies.

You have the right to withdraw consent for delivery of the document(s) in an electronic form. In order to withdraw this consent, you must contact the Bank in writing at esign@firstfederalbanknc.com or at PO Box 1049, Dunn, NC 28335. If you withdraw consent, the following conditions or consequences (which may include termination of the account) may apply. If you withdraw consent of electronic delivery of the RESPA or Regulation Z disclosures, you will receive these documents by mail which could create longer delays in processing your loan application with the Bank. If you withdraw consent from receiving account advisories for the REWARDS checking account, you will receive these documents by U.S. Postal mail.

You must at all times provide the Bank with a working email address. The procedure you must use to notify the Bank of a change is to send a written notification of the new email address to esign@firstfederalbanknc.com or to PO Box 1049, Dunn, NC 28335.

To receive an electronic copy of disclosures, notices, and advisories you must have the following minimum hardware and software to access and retain the electronic document(s):

  • A personal computer, operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing;
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher;
  • An e-mail account with an Internet service provider and e-mail software.

I request the Bank to provide me with the applicable disclosures, advisories, or documents in electronic format. I have, at a minimum, the hardware and software listed above to be able to receive and retain the disclosures, advisories, or documents.
